HijabistaHub started as an online based fashion brand, and is now known for its outstanding and in-trend designs especially for their baju kurung. It is one of the rising fashion companies at that time of early 2010s. This company was founded by Nur Alwani or Wanie Elena and Ahmad Shafiq Hilmi. Wani was a student at that time while Syafiq was working as a tutor. As they both want to focus on their business, they quit both studying and tutoring jobs to become full-time entrepreneurs. They just started their business with only 3 staff at that time but their hard work pays off as they now have been recognized as one of the successful fashion companies in Malaysia.

They initiated their business through online and social media platforms. In 2017, they opened an office and warehouse in Setia Alam, Selangor. They have been operating their business only and then In 2019, they opened their first boutique in Shah Alam, which is one of the most popular Hari Raya haul hubs in Malaysia, apart from Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman in Kuala Lumpur.

People have known HijabistaHub for its elegant and in-trend baju kurung. However, they started their business in 2013 by selling casual everyday garments. At first they sell laid-back clothing such as blouses, pants and headscarves. Moreover, they sell clothes that suit the styles that are popular at that time. They sold tulle skirts, jeans embroidered with pearls, bell bottom pants, peplum blouses, and other stylish garments at that time.

As the brand expands, the variety of choices of design also need to meet the needs of both fashion trends and customers. They always come out with clothes for important festivals or events. Currently they sell abayas, dresses, headscarves apart from categorised items like for men, for kids and for special events like bridal. They are popular and in demand for their Lebaran and Bridal choices.

The brand has also been collaborating with local designers and artists. In 2018, they collaborated with a local fashion designer, Wajie Ibrahim for their Lebaran collection. As for the previous year, the company cooperated with Malaysian singer and entrepreneur, Caprice for their Baju Melayu line. This year, HijabistaHub collaborated with Wawa Zainal and Aeril Zafrel for the Lebaran collection for women, men and kids. They also cooperated with a local entrepreneur Asyalliee Ahmad for their casual wear.

HijabistaHub has been one of the local favourites to shop for special occasions for the past few years. The brand has been recognized not only by IKON Malaysia but also by other organisations as well.
